For inquiries regarding our products, please reach out to us at hola@originmexico.com, and we will respond promptly. Our brand is owned and operated by a one woman show and truly appreciate your patience while we get back to you.  

Do your styles run true to size?

Our sizing information is as follows: Small to Medium sizes align closely with US Standards sizing, while Large, XL, and XXL tend to run on the larger side. Our styles are intentionally designed for a loose and relaxed fit. To achieve a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down.

Where do you ship?

We offer shipping services both within the United States and internationally.

What are your processing and shipping times?

Upon order placement, please allow a processing time of 5-10 business days. Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for each item. Typically, First Class USPS deliveries take approximately 5-7 business days on average. However, delivery time may extend to 30 days under exceptional circumstances. Additionally, orders over $150 qualify for FREE US STANDARD SHIPPING.

Who designs the clothing and accessories?

Our unique and ethically made products are a result of collaboration with artisan partners. Each piece is individually handcrafted, ensuring its uniqueness. Our pieces are exclusively designed in Austin and handcrafted in Mexico. 

Who produces the products you offer?

Our handmade goods are carefully sourced and crafted by skilled artisans in Mexico. We prioritize personal relationships, fair-trade practices, and direct partnerships with artisans. Allow us to introduce you to some of the incredible artisans we collaborate with:

How should I care for the products I purchased?

Due to the delicate nature of the materials and handmade process, we recommend handwashing in cold water and either line drying or dry cleaning. Additional care instructions will be attached to your handmade purchase. 

Do you allow returns or exchanges? 

At the heart of our commitment lies the handmade nature of our items, crafted with care and attention to detail. Our goal is to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. 

However, should adjustments be necessary, we gladly offer exchanges or store credit within 22 days of purchase. Please see our full Exchange/Store Credit Policy here.
